Problem in connection with microsoft outllook ????

I have received the followin error message while connecting microsoft outlook to mail server....

Log onto incoming mail server (POP3): Outlook cannot connect to your incoming (POP3) e-mail server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).

Please help...

Please check your incoming mail server setting. If you are using gmail use : pop.gmail.com as incomimg POP3 server. If you are using any other servers contact the server admin for proper POP3 settings.

Ensure the account you're using can be popped down to outlook.

Confirm the POP and SMTP details for the domain, ie. "pop.gmail.com"

When you go to the account settings, try logging in with SPA (Secure password authentication)

Try adjusting the security settings in the Email Account to login/authenticate before sending/receiving email etc.
