Problem with Hooking Up Dial-Up?

I'm trying to hook up my mom's computer for dial-up. She lives in the boondocks and they do not have DSL or anything like that way out there. Back in the day, you would just have to sign up for Internet service with an ISP and then plug your phone line to the computer and your computer to a telephone. I tried that this time, but it's not working. The setup CD keeps asking me for her broadband connection. She has no broadband connection. What am I doing wrong?

call her ISP. Sounds like something in the network is wrong if she does have the service.

go to the control pane...click on classic view>>>look for network connections>>>open a new connection with dial up!!
