my computer is able to turn on, however, it leads me to a black screen with options of how to get into the computer, such as safety mode. However, when i choose something, such as the safety mode, it tries, but ends up failing and restarting itself, only to redo the whole process by restarting the computer and asking me the same question. Could it be a problem with the memory or video stick/ cards?
