Problem with contacts?

Every once in a while when I put my contacts in, my eyes start to water and my sinuses burn. Any idea what is causing this? I usually take them out immediately and then the symptoms stop.

  1. is it when you put in brand new contacts? whenever i put in new contacts my eyes burn for the entire day... my eye doctor said that it was the saline solution that they come in and that it is saltier than normal contact solution... in order for me not to have burning eyes for the entire day i have to soak my contacts for about a day in my normal solution before i put them in my eyes... it would probably be to your best interest to go see your eye doctor and he/she will tell you for sure what is wrong

  2. They could be inside out, because i've got this before and if i turn it the other way and put it in it doesn't hurt. If it still hurts then go to your optician and ask them about it.

  3. don't wear it and go to doctor or optician.
