Problem with flash drive

Question

Hi

I'm having a problem with my flashdrive. When i connect it to my pc it picks it up but where it shows its connected a message pops up saying hardware not installed properly. Prevouisly the flash drive was working fine.

I woluld like to know is it the flash drive which isn't working or is a driver problem that has occured and how can i fix it.
