Problem with hot water?

We are having a problem with our hot water turning cold after only a few minutes in the shower. We have replaced the water heater three times! This is a brand new one. Is there anything else it could be?

Need more info. Electric or gas? What sizes have you been working with? I would venture to say if you have put a new one in and the same problem persists, it is not the water heater.

dont you want o tell us more about the water heater and the cold water problem??

The quick solution is to get a 150 gallon hot water tank and set the temperature for 120-140 degrees.

You plumbed it in wrong. Switch the pipes coming out and it will work.

Our water heater does that, so we have to re-lite it every so often.
