Problem with skype incoming calls?

When i change my status to invisible i still get incoming calls from strangers. How can they see that i am online?

I'm guessing by simply searching your name and ringing you. Sometimes it could be automated computers doing it, maybe with an automated message when you pickup aswell. Did you input your Skype username somewhere?

To avoid this:

- Open up Skype

- Tools -> Options

- Click privacy

- Allow calls from either contacts or contacts you've shared details with.
