Problem with ventones?

ok here's the story:

I got a ventones account.

When I realized I had selected the wrong carrier, I got rid of it.

Now I want to get a new one, but when I put in my cell number, it tells me it's already being used, even though my old account doesn't exist anymore!

Please help me?!?!?!?!?!? I'm desperate!!!!!!!

maybe there is a mistake, or write to support at ventones, explain your problem, they are really good in support.
