Problems With My LG EnV2.?

i am so sick of this phone ever since i got it it's just had problems.

first under normal wear and tear the chrome or whatever it is on the outside of the phone is peeling off and it looks really ratty.

about a month after i got the phone the front keys, the ok key in the middle of the phone, and the *,0, and # keys on the outside didn't work at all.

and now the phone doesnt even charge, i plug it into the wall and the other end into the phone and nothing happens.

does anyone have any suggestions?

i don't know if i can just bring it into the verizon store and ask for another one because i've had it a little over 3 months

I don't know anything about the keys not working, but I have personally experienced the power problems you are talking about.  One night, I plugged in my phone as I usually do and noticed that it was not charging.  The next day I went to the Verizon store, and I kid you not there were 2 other people there at that exact time with their env2's that were not charging.

So take the phone back to Verizon.  They should replace the phone, as it sounds like it is a defect... maybe fairly widespread from the sound of it!!!
