Problems With Tuned Port Injection?

my engine is running rich and at a rough idle i am running an aftermarket camshaft im not sure what to do please help how can i fix this problem any suggestions:)

An aftermarket camshaft will affect the engines idle, as long as it runs ok once the revs rise dont worry.

As for running rich, how rich? Have you had a wideband lambda sensor on the car to test different load points on the engine? It may just need the oxygen (or lambda) sensor replacing, or just a quick tune up, assuming everything else is in working order
