Problems programming Durabrand tv

Question

I am trying to set up a tv for my aunt. We have it plugged into the cable and we're able to turn it on, however, we can't program it from the menu on the t.v. nor can we find a code that will work for the universal remote. It is a Durabrand model no. BH2004D.

Can you please let us know a code that will work or how we can program it from the menu on the t.v?
