Problems with Phillips TV?

Hi! I have this big Phillips tv in my dorm and today for some reason every channel ive been on, it blocks out bad language. Not with Beeps but just a pause in the sound..is it the tv or the channels? I mean ive switched a lot to see. And right now im watching adult swim and its blocking out the language..earlier on comedy central.

Does anyone know how to fix this problem also?

Parental Control....go into the menu and turn it off completely...

And if it's Passworded, you'll need to contact the Philips company with the MODEL of that TV set, and tell them you forgot the password...they will give you a way to RESET the password and then you can turn it off....

Go into the menu and look for a program that allows  parental guidance. And see if it is on or off and change it from there.

It might be locked ,in on. So you have to turn it off manually.
