Problems with ejaculation

I'm 61 years old and still get a great erection and I'm very sexual, but have problems with ejaculation and having an o****m. Is this common at my age?

I'm 48, have some problems but attribute them to antidepression medication.  

It could be related to blood pressure?  A urologist could tell you more.  

We're never too old to enjoy ejaculation and o****m, so I'd see a doctor to see if this can be a problem, or if it can be improved upon.
