about every hour or so i have to shut down and reboot my OS because the mouse will stop working then my windows dwindles down to 1 operational window. i never had this problem when i first purchased my puter in 10-07, but in 12-07 i had an accident with my laptop and it had to be replaced completely. i dont know if this has something to do with the "package 100" service package that i got with the first laptop, and why it wasnt offered with the second, but its a long day when i have to keep rebooting my puter to get things done
