Problems with my work shoes?

I work at Home Depot and I have to do a lot of lifting and standing and walking quite a ways. I have sneakers but I still get a lot of back and neck pain. Does anyone know any good shoes/sneakers, especially ones they've tried?

The kind of shoe that I like to wear for sneakers (but can't get it on comfortably right now due to surgery on my right foot 6 1/2 weeks ago) is by Asics.  It's the gel kind that I use.  Asics make other styles that might be of consideration as well.  You can find them in some stores like the Sports Authority and other shoe stores like those at outlet malls.
