Procrastinators unite... today?

What advice would you provide for someone who prolongs EVERY SINGLE THING until the last possible minute?

I was a procrastinator all through highschool but when I got to college I actually wanted to do the assignments I had to because I was interested in them, but I still procrastinated! I used to have assignments due midnight on Firday nights online and I had school Saturday at 7 am an hour away from my home, and I would go out Firday come home at 11pm and start all my assignments.  Then, I decided to start planning things out throughout the week so it wasn't so much at once and I would still get them done.  Get a planner and write everything down.  Even if you don't write when you're specifically going to do them you can still have an idea of what you have left to do.  It just takes time and hard work to correct the imperfections of human beings.

Make a list of things you need to do TODAY, and then try to do them, and if you accomplish all of them reward yourself with something fun.
