why do families keep procreating if they see they are facing Poverty , starvation ,no medical help, this is happening around the world

why does'ent the USA step in teaching them about birtcontrol, Sterilization.

but they jump in for war :(

I'm sorry but I would love to here what everyone else thinks

It is a primal instinct, and in most of the poorer countries, they do not have the means to practice any birth control, other than abstinence, and they are not doing that.
