Programming Help (Please Look)?

In Visual Basic 6.0, I made a cheat program for Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. I want to have it display text on the game screen so you can see the text that I want to put on it when your playing the game. How would I do this?

If I know what your saying correctly you want the window with the text to lay on top of the GTA window.....to be completely honest I do know some VB but that my friend is not the easiest thing to do. I would suggest to make another form that the text comes up on and have the background transparent but the text written in a vibrant color...Then have that window set to always be on top and it should come up in frontof GTA but im not very sure
