Property management fees??

Does anyone know what standard property management fees are?

Where I am the fees are 6-10% of rent plus one months rent to find a nw tenant.  There are other fees for going to court and stuff but those are the biggies.

The smartest thing you can do is learn how to manage your own property.  You just collect the rent and order repairs when needed.  Advertise in Craigslist.org.

The fees range from 7 to 16 percent of the monthly rent.   You can't tell by the charge if they are good or not.  That's what makes it so tough to hire a manager. /
