How long does it take to get a provisional motorcycle license in the UK?

To get a license through should not take more than a week or two at most. I had to apply to get provisional bike entitlement added to my car licence so that I could take the CBT as I was planning on buying a trike and had never even got on a bike. The licence was turned round in less than a week and this included updating the old style licence to the new photo type
