Ps3 themes download problems?

Question

everytime i try and download a theme to my pc it says that windows cannot open the file ,and asks me if i want to connect to the internet to try and locate this file? why?

you need to go on to google on your PlayStation type in ps3 themes and download them directly onto your hardrive

It's because itisn't't a file that your pc can read... the file was made for the ps3 so the file cannot be opened on windows or mac...if you want the theme on your ps3, you'll just have to hook up the ps3 to the internet (via ethernet cord) or save the theme to a USB flash stick and put it into your ps3 that way...
