Ps3 weird problem help ?

problem with my ps3 my controller works fine going about the ps3 menu and games no probs but when i go to the internet it freezes and doesnt moves thats weird any one else got this or know whats going on ?

Have you ever been able to use the web browser? If you have before you may have gotten it a virus. You would have to Restore your system to get rid of it. If not then i'd contact Sony.
