?????Puffer fish SPECIES????

Question

As you may know from my previous questions, I am looking for 2 pufferfish to put in my 10 gallon tank......which type of pufferfish do you think I should get:::::2 green spotted puffer, spotted puffer, or the Indian dwarf puffer????? Whish do you recommend.....will 2 of the species be able to fit in a 10 gallonn tank??? Which type is the best looking?? maintenance level????

Green Spotted puffers need a 30 gallon minimum tank, figure 8&#039;s are the least aggressive But are still best kept alone, this is the same with ALL the puffers, its like have Angels or Butterflys in a salt water tank one would love to have a tank full, but they are single fish to a tank species.

just listen to jessie she always right,she is my guru.all the fish in the ocean and u want puffer,huh.I always let them die when i go fishing,they r such a pain.

The lack of answers has to do with the question. A 10 gallon tank is not really large enough for two puffers. It is barely enough tank for one LONE puffer. Any other fish in a 10 gallon with just one puffer would be &quot;pestered&quot; to death in a few weeks. And that includes another Puffer.

Do a little research before making this decision. Don&#039;t ask advice from someone that has a tankful of Puffers for sale.

If you want to keep it low maintenance, get dwarf puffers. They don&#039;t need brackish water which saves -tons- of time and in my opinion, they&#039;re cuter than other puffers.
