ok here's the situation i had to go use the bathroom really bad. so i opened the stall and what do i see. some little 5 year old jackin off. i said what are you doing and he said what do you think? so i went in there again and he was there again. over the next five days i kept on going and he was still there. what should i do?

First off I doubt a 5 year old boy can be jackin it off. Second you really shouldn't be stalking this child or peeping in on him every day. that's invasion of his privacy. And if you had been as concerned as you seem to have been, to go check him out every day for 5 days, you would have informed his mom the first day you were aware he was doing it. Period.

Stop stalking him, for one thing.  Of course, he shouldn't be masturbating in a public bathroom with an unlocked stall door, so that part should be brought to his mom's attention.  Or Security for wherever this is allegedly taking place.
