Pulsar 150cc doubt?

I drive a 2006 150 cc pulsar bike. I have some doubts, so can somebody clarify:

1. Max speed upto which i can use 2nd gear?

2. Max speed upto which i can use 3rd gear?

3. Will engine get spoiled if i m driving at 35kmph on 2nd gear?
