Punching bag replacements?

I really need a punching bag, but I don't have the money to buy a good one. What could I use instead that wouldn't hurt my knuckles but I can still punch hard.

  1. ex gf/bf, teacher you didn't like, mom or dad.

Oh or you could tie an old mattress upright between two posts or trees, this way you can never hurt yourself by hitting whats on the other side of the mattress (it can be done).

If the springs of the mattress annoy you, you could duct tape a pillow or cushion over the spots you hit.

If you go for the human alternative try not to hit them in the jaw because that'll really hurt your knuckles.

  2. take an old mattress and tape it to a tree

  3. Oh c'mon bro.....heavy bags are out there as cheap as between $70.00 to a $100.00 dude.  Surely you can save up enough to get that done.  h**l I've seen those little 70lbs. bags at wal-mart for like $80.00 or something back in their sporting goods area.

Why not have something worth having instead of some junky looking thing sitting around?

Any "everlast" leather bag is a good bag to have, even "title" has decent bags man.  ........ Knuckle pain lol quit whinning and suck it up dude .... the pain will only toughen you up so just menatally push throw the pain man.  Here's a tip punch using only the index and middle knuckle of each hand that should ease a lot of your pains.... the smaller knuckles were never meant to strike with scientifically any way.

  4. TRY A MATTERS AND ROLL IT UP AND TIE IT TOGETHER AND HANG LIKE YOU WOULD A HEAVY BAG OR YOU COULD GET A REALLY BIG SAND BAG AND FILL THAT AND HANG IT LIKE A HEAVY BAG WOULD BE SAND BAG WILL BE ROUGH ON YOUR HANDS EITHER WAY
