Purchase of a boat in Kazakhstan

Hey everyone I have a question I am researching for a friend. Do any of you know and information of where you can purchase boats in Kazakhstan that seat like 20-30 people? It is for a buisness and I am having trouble searching this one on the net without alot of bad results.I appreciate any help everyone and thanks in advance.I know this is a slightly different topic and I didnt even know what room to post this in.Take care all....

Maybe "Borat" could help you! Jokes beside: wouldn't trust anyone down there especially with boats or cars... But this is worldwide the same - too many sharks around.
