Put in dvd to play..?

put in dvd to play..message box doesn't come up saying play dvd or copy etc used 2 come up but dosen't anymore

Do you mean that when you put a DVD into your computer, Windows no longer comes up with the box giving you the option to play the DVD, copy files etc?
