Deuterium(D) ,an isotope of hydrogen has 1 proton,2 (mass number)

while another isotopes of hydrogen is tritium(T)

How many electrons are there in HD

and how many protons are there in D2

and how many neutrons are there in DT

  1. 2 Electrons in DH.

    2 Protons in D2.

    3 Neutrons in DT.

    H, D and T are all isotopes of Hydrogen and so have the same number of Electrons and protons.

    H has no Neutrons.

    D has one Neutron.

    T Has two neutrons.
