Quad Racing in PA?

Question

I am getting a YFZ450 and planning to race quad mx. What do I need, in the way of parts, and are their Pa race leagues?

the things you are going to HAVE TO HAVE are...

1.a kill switch

2. nerf bars

3.number plates

4. all the gear-helmet, goggles, gloves, pants, jersey, (and a chest protector wouldn't hurt either)
