Quail help?

so im planning on buying a pet quail but im stuck on between a gambel's or a button. those who have experience on raising quails, can you tell me which type is more affectionate and which one is less aggressive?

also, im a bit worried about this, but do quails generally make affectionate pets? cuz i dont see a lot of pictures of people with their quails. they seem almost vicious. please help?

can you tell me which breed you prefer, and tell me the reasons why?

haha and is there a personality difference between the two mentioned above? how about a gambel and a california valley?

and last question, i live in saratoga, ca; do any of you know where to buy eggs(i want to hatch them myself)?

I think that the general concensus is that Button quails are more popular.  It's less common for Gambel's Quails to be kept as pets, and may not survive in your care.

Don't quote me on that though.
