  1. The Queen Mary is most definitely haunted. The engine room, the pool area and ball room, and a couple of other places, but nothing real scary. But if you want to really experience ghosts go to 'Shipwrecked' during the Halloween season. It goes through places that the public don't normally get to visit. Mostly it's vinets set up to scare people. But I felt something down there that made me really uneasy. I won't go again.

  2. The Queen Mary is really haunted.. But they will never allow out-siders  into some of those dangerous area's

  3. I went on the ghost tour. You do not see real ghost. I go a lot and just walk around looking for ghost.I live 20 minutes away. I haven't seen one yet. They have plaques on the ship where people have seen ghost. When you walk around you will see them. They have a ghost cam on the web site. It is of the pool. You can sit at home and watch that instead of going back. But it is fun just to walk around. Who knows you might just see one.

  4. I was there and went on the little ghost tour. It's all fake ghosts cuz I've been there more than once and on the ghost thing more than once.

So hope that answers your Q's

  5. Funny enough the legend about it being haunted didn't start until it got to its new spot in Long Beach.

I think it was just cooked up to get more tourists in. It hasn't helped, the place is always in the red.

  6. A friend of  mine worked on the Queen Mary and swears that it really is haunted. He had some experiences. But he would never elaborate on them. Thats all I know.

Edit: He did tell me that his experiences were in the areas off limits to the public...after hours.

I live sort of nearby myself and I don't think **all** of it is cooked up for tourists.
