His name is Warren David Schneider, he is 39 years of age. He has white hair and glasses... apparently, my cousin thinks she saw him, can you please find a photo of it and send it to me? If it is him we can report a sighting.

No ideas; but you should report the sighting even if your not sure it was him. Call 911 or whatever!

No, I don't know anything about it, but if your cousin thinks she saw him, she needs to call the authorities immediately.  They have to get to the area before he leaves.  Don't wait for confirmation.  The cops will figure it out.

P.S.- They have resources in the area, so they won't be put out if it's a false lead.  They'll appreciate the help.

Its strange. I can find lots of news stories but no picture. Where did your cousin think she saw him. And how does she know what he looks like. Get her to show you the picture she saw, I doubt she saw him recently, since he has been in jail since October 2007.
