Sometimes when there's a question about dating, some random guys I don't know show up. I've tried searching them, but these guys don't even exist! Why is this?

Also, if I'm "#8 prettiest", what does it mean? That I'm #8 out of all my friends? And it says "0 wins (0%)". I couldn't have gotten #8 if nobody's voted for me, right? I'm confused.

Sometimes people's privacy settings make it so they won't show up to your searches so they do exist just not to your account. 8th prettiest means that you are 8th out of all of your friends, the 0% is strange probably just a system problem, compare people has a lot of things always messing up... hope i helped :)
