Question about Debt card?

How old do you have to be to own and use a debt card? I do have a bank account does that mean I can use a debt card. I am 14. if I can get one, How do I get one. just go to my bank.

It depends on the bank.  There is good chance that you can get one with the permission of a cosigner and maybe some chance you could get one strictly on your own.  If you have any cosigners on your account, talk to them first about what they would agree to and then contact your bank to determine what they are willing to do.
