Question about Developmental disabled children?

My son has alot of developmental disorders GDD, Sensory processing disorder, Speech language disorders and he also has motor skills disorder( cant remember exact term) Anyway I have noticed he eats non stop I also have a cousin that is autistic and I noticed he does the exact same thing is this something that kids with special needs do and should I address this at a doctors appointment if anyone has ever noticed this or knows something about it please let me know.

  1. My fiancee takes care of mentally handicapped people. And the guy is 34 and he will eat anything you put in front of him, he can eat a hamburger in like 3 bites. I would mention it and just give him 3 meals a day and some snacks, I don't think they can feel full. I am not sure. Just make sure you talk to the doctor and ask if it is a problem. Good luck and I pray for you, you are a very good person.
