Question about Ebay shipping?

Question

I bought 3 items in the same day, four days ago on Ebay. (through different sellers.)

One of the items has been shipped but the other two haven't even sent an email about the won item. (Isn't that generally their policy to send an email saying you've won the item and when they will ship it?)

How long are sellers supposed to wait before they ship? Should I leave negative feedback?

I am growing impatient, but then that's me lol

a week is not unusual and a month is when it gets to be long.

Have you PAID for these.  They certainly will not ship until you pay.

i don't know about ebay, but i find that yahoo auctions is very much secure, cause if you don't reply within 3 days, the buyer and give you a thumbs down, and rep is very important when you buy / sell stuff at yahoo auctions.

The other answer is on target.  If you won the items, you should have received an email notice from ebay that you won the items and need to pay.  Then you pay (paypal is usually the preferred way).  Then the seller ships the item to you.

About the negative feedback - that is the very, very, very last option.  Communicate with the other party first - send them a message (you can do that within ebay).  If they don't respond, file a complaint with ebay.  If the whole transaction goes to pot, and there's no chance of fixing it, and you don't mind if the other party gives you a negative, too, then go ahead and leave a negative feedback for them.
