I use internet explorer and lost a site address that was important and accidentally cleared the history for that particular day. Is there another way to check for internet history?

  1. Nope, there is nothing you can do.

    How did you delete the History?

    1) Through a software: then the cookies would also be cleared by default

    2) Manually: then go to the cookies folder to a list of cookies

    Going to Cookies folder:

    Start -> Run

    In the RUN command type COOKIES

    The cookies folder opens.

    Some sites don't create cookies so you won't see theirs also.

  2. It might be in your "auto complete"  go to the address bar and type in "www.a" then if you don't see it try "www.b" etc...

    Or retrace your steps to how you got there.

    Or like that other guy said, check the cookies.

  3. get firefox, even if u clean your history or temp files , u can keep the addresses in the awesome bar , just type somthing in about the address an it will bring it back

    FIREFOX IS FASTER SAFER AN BETTER...

  4. Been there, done that, I know of no way to retrieve that address.  Do check your cookies, it might still be there.
