Will a portable generator with the following specs be able to power a surge protector with 700W running on it? I'd assume it would, but I've seen some reviews about the amps being low.

2,000W peak / 1,500W continuous output
4-stroke / 80cc EPA approved engine
Synchronized single phase brushless motor
Durable tubular steel frame with sock absorbing feet to absorb vibration
Up to 9 Hrs Run Time on 1 Tank of Gas at 50% Load
DC Output: 12V at 10Amp - Perfect for charging your Car, RV, Jetski or Boat battery
