Question about a Japanese book?

I know that anti-korean and anti-chinese books are popular in Japan but recently, there's this novel written by a Japanese author which aims to promote friendly China-Japan relationship.

I only know the name in Chinese, I hope that someone out there can give me the title, author's name and publisher in Japanese along with the ISBN number.

I want to buy the book, because I find it tough reading a Japanese book, I want to buy the Chinese version...is the Chinese version out yet? Where can I order it? etc
