Question about aerobics?

my friend wants me to take an aerobics clas with her this fall, and i told her i would.

the thing is...i dont know what it is lol?

does it help increase flexibility? lose weight? become toner??

lol i have no idea. also, what kinds of things do you do?? and how long will it take to see results?

  1. Aerobics is to get fit and tone really. You do excersises that make your heart rate go up (So you will get sweaty !) Results can take 6 weeks if you have a balanced diet. Aerobics is just a fun keep fit way. There are high impact ones like this.Look at this video it shows an aerobic class.
