Question about baby name ?

My third son is due the 28th of this month and we have had the name Tristin picked out for the longest time. His name will be Tristin Eugene and some people have told us that it sounds girlie what do you think. I was going to change it but I cant find any other names that I like. Please let me know if you think its to girlie for a boy or not. Thanks

Tristin is a name that will go either way. So if that is the name your heart screams for then go for it! There is no way you can pick a name that will please everyone. Congratulations!!!

it definitely sounds girlie acc to me :)  sorry  but may be u have to look out for some boy names if not the kiddo will grow up & change his name .

Tristan is an ancient Irish boy's name, and it has an "a" in it. I think Tristan Eugene would go well together.

I think it's fine.  It didn't really matter to me what people think about the names I had picked out.  I'm sure people think its stupid that I'm naming my son after my dad, but that's what I like and it means a lot to me.  Don't let other people change your decision on your name.

Eugine is a strong masculine name, but I do know a female named Tristin. I think she spells it Tristan though. It's just one of those names that could be both. If you like it, then stick with it!

Tristin looks like a girl's name, but sounds like it could be either.  Please, please, spell it with an a!  Tristin looks like Kristin, and that is definitely girly!  I vote for Tristan.  Middle names do not matter as much, unless of course the person hates their first name so much they start using their middle name when they go to college.

i think it is a cute name but i do think that it sounds very girly. but eugene is not girly though. i personally like trevor or dayton. good luck and congrats

I know someone who's son has the name Tristin. It's fine. It don't matter what everyone else thinks as long as you like it.
