Does it matter what time you take your pill at?

or should you take it at the same time everyday?

Same time, or as close as you can get it. This maximizes the effectiveness of the pill.

You should take it as close to the same time every day.  I have heard that it is not "officially" late until 12 hours has passed (I tried to find a source for you, but "vaginapagina" on livejournal is a GREAT source for things like this), but your best bet is the same time every day.  I've slipped a few times and have not taken mine until about 4 or 5 hours later.  I have to yet to get pregnant.
