Question about eyeliner

Question

How should you apply a pencil eyeliner just on the top lids and make it thin but not a to thin line and are you supposed to put eyeliner on before eyeshadow or the other way around "these are the questions that haunt me" LOL JK :P

WEll i dont really know because i will probably use liquid eye liner! You should try liquid its the coolest! But, if you wanted to i would pull on the corner of your eye so it will be easier and itll be thinner that way but not to thin! I hope this helps!

well people do it different way, some people like to pull lightly on the corner of the eye to make it tight and line it like that and some people just do it with there eye open and not touching it, it really depends on the person just try it different ways and see what works for you.  Your supose to put on the eyeliner after you put on the eyeshadow otherwise the eyeshadow is going to probably get on you eyeliner.  anyways i hope this helped.  :)

take your other hand and sort of pull your eyelid taunt so its easier to apply the liner. If you put too much liner on or if it just doesn't look right, use a q-tip and blend the liner in a bit. I ALWAYS apply it before eyeshadow.

take your second finger and hold your eyelid on a slant sorta and han apply it and i do it after eyeshadow and all those things because before makes it look darker (the eyeshadow) hope this helps=]
