Question about finches?

Question

I had 4 finches and they all got away, I found one b/c she flew inside the house so I caught her. The other 3 never came back....so what should I do with the one I have? Should I let her go, or get her another friend?

Finches are social and prefer to live in pairs; however, I would not recommend that you get any more birds. How did the birds get away? Birds normally don't "get away" unless you allowed them to through some form of negligence.

just keep the bird.  don't let the bird outside anymore because i used to let my senagal outside and a owl or an eagle came and attacked it.  and this was when i was home i used to let her out ALL The time and this was the first time that this happened.  she is okay but if this happened with a finch than something more seriouse could happen.  Don't get another finch because they might not get along and one could kill another.  just keep it.
