I'm about 5'9 or 5'10 and I weigh 150. Which I'm fine about my weight, not worried about losing anymore. I'm a guy, by the way. Well, for the past week I've been walking 2 miles a day then coming home and doing 50 sit ups. I'm new to this also. I didn't really exercise before. I used to be 250 lbs and I lost 100 lbs but not the healthy way, I just didn't eat much and I never exercised. I'm not extremely flabby or anything at all. I just have a small tummy and small love handles. Nothing massive just enough where I can't wear tight shirts. My question is if I do this everyday will I get toned up? Or is this not helping at all? Any tips?
