Hi!

I am building a website for my band, and I was wanting to know how I can create a stunning website, using Adobe Fireworks and Macromedia Flash. I know how to use the programs and whatnot, but what I was wanting to know is how to go about using my graphics (such as boxes, logos, etc) created in Fireworks and my menu created in flash in my website. How can I combine all of this into a nice website? Do I need to use Css? I no nothing about it though. What about MS Frontpage, although I don't like the outcomes of this program. What is the best way to put the pieces together?

  1. If you're a lay person and don't use this professionally, the answer would be too long to go into here. If you want create a professional looking website and have the ability to use and Flash and CSS, there is a great web design software called SiteSpinner.

Fantastic piece of software for someone just learning how to design.

  2. DIV elements may be very useful go to http://www.lissaexplains.com/html7.shtml

u can exactly position things using <div style="position:absolute; top:20; left:20;> just replace the 20s w/ your #s (ie top is pixels u want it from top etc.)
