Question about my visa checkcard?

my bank has mailed a new one, but it has not arrived yet. the one i have now expired 8/08...can i still use it in an atm or anywhere today??

If they are sending you a new one, then more than likely they canceled that one, but sometime it doesn't cancel right away. I know with my bank, activating a new one cancels the old one. You can try it at the ATM, but I wouldn't try it at stores because it will just come up expired.

Expired cards won't work.  You will have to wait for the new card to arrive.
