How do i allow only people that know my last name or e-mail address to request me as a friend or even send me notes?

My Account >> Spam

In account settings and then under the spam settings, just click on the setting that you want and save.

1) click home

2) my account

3) its either under privacy or spam

4) youll see the option to do that
