If vegetable oil comes from vegetables, and olive oil comes from olives, where does baby oil come from?

Anyways I'll answer it seriously: it comes from mineral oil.

No, you don't get it by controlled pressing of young babies.  You collect it from the sebaceous glands of children under the age of 1, wiping carefully with a soft cloth which is later extracted to recover the oil.   Adolescent oil is cheaper because it's much more plentiful.
